WebWhat’s the Bluetooth adapter in your computer? Any “unknown device” entries in the Device Manager? Enable “view”->hidden devices option in device manager. Under Bluetooth category you might see grey entries for your previous hardware. Right-click and uninstall those devices. WebIn Device Manager the entire Bluetooth branch was disabled/hidden and the on/off toggle was missing from Settings. Also, the Bluetooth Troubleshooter was reporting the same thing as in your case.
