WebWell in my experience a totally smooth 60fps is impossible, let alone 75 fps, due to CEMU still stuttering when accessing shaders. Maybe you just had the "expected" stutters when compiling, but now you're having the normal stutters from accessing shaders which nobody really talks about lol.
