WebBlocking with a weapon is generally not advised (unless as last resort) as it is just not as effective as shield blocking (duh). There's no way to alter phys resistance of a weapon (only of a shield). You can, however, raise its elemental resistance (at the expense of other resistances) by infusing it with a given element. WebAug 7, 2024 · If you have your shield raised to block, your stamina is regenerated slower. So keep your shield down when it's safe to do so. When you run out of stamina, you can't use the actions listed above plus you can't switch weapons (even though it doesn't normally cost stamina to do so).
