WebMy account log in info has changed. I have a new email and new password since the account was established in 2024 and I do not remember the old ones. I need to update these but have not had success using the steps microsoft suggests. I just don't have the old information available to be able to get this done. I have my key number, but that's it. Web25 feb. 2024 · Hi Mam1221, Yes, Outlook needs to retrieve the credential on the server and compare it with the local cache. If they are the same, the authentication will be passed. It sounds like it is optinal if you can automatically update the local credential cache via a script. But I haven't found such a script. Regards, Alan.
