WebSep 20, 2024 · Marion County is currently working on the 2024 Triennial Update that Ohio Law (ORC 5713.01) requires to be completed on the third year of the six-year cycle. My office is required to update Market Value of every property in the county and then submit these updated values to the Ohio Division of Tax Equalization for State’s approval. http://oh.elaws.us/orc/5713.17
